Tracking lifetime file activity via Content Insights Here's a closer look, with the list displayed: Here's what it looks like when you preview a file: Preview the file in Box and see immediately who accessed it and what they did, so you can send a reminder to anyone for whom you may still be waiting. This can be useful in many ways - for example, if you're working on a time-sensitive document in Box and you need it reviewed. Each avatar represents someone who, within the prior 30 days, has taken one of the following actions on the file:Ĭlick on any avatar to display a list that gives you a visual, at-a-glance indication of who has been active recently in a file and what action they took.
